Greg, Ann and Glorine leave for Vanuatu on Friday 25th of June and will get back on 12th July. Please keep them in prayer and also support one another while they are away.  There will be some great ministry at FCC while they are away.

Joe Delgado, from Redlands USA, will be the presenter. He will be our Equipper for this SOKA and also for this month’s SpiritFire meetings:

Joe taught at our November 2009 S.O.K.A. where he activated us in Prophetic Evangelism.  He comes from Redlands, California.He has pioneered and pastored a church, taught and led worship teams, trained people in and is skilled in prophetic evangelism and dream interpretation. Joe comes with a desire to encourage, equip and impart what God has given him.

SOKA May 2010 intensive will further equip people in prophetic evangelism. Also participants will be helped to understand biblical dream interpretation and how to use this effectively in helping people to find relationship with God. There will be both a time of teaching and time given to practical ministry in the market place within small supportive teams. Both the teaching and the practical are key aspects to growing in Kingdom of God life. We invite you to participate.

To be included in the group booking and to ensure connecting flights within Vanuatu, you will need to speak with me about your involvement prior to 6.00pm this Thursday (May 22) as bookings need to be made by then. There are limited places on the trip and we need to be able to process each person’s involvement before the Lord. People from Brisbane, Withcott, Gladstone and Rockhampton will also be going. So contact me ASAP please.
In future, we should have much more lead in time for a trip. Very short notice on this one!
There will be two cross culture mission training sessions leading up to the trip led by Jan Christensen who was a missionary in Vanuatu and is the Mission coordinator for Global Mission Partners Qld. This will give you a handle on what to expect and how to deal with culturally sensitive issues. My brother Lyall will be team leader for the trip. He was a missionary to Vanuatu for 15 years. I trust that the whole church will be supporting the trip in prayer as well. We will also be preparing for ministry, giving some guidance on how to prepare. Preparation of your self and reliance upon the Holy Spirit will be keys to the outcomes of the trip. Much will be learnt from your involvement.

will be ministering. David has a strong prophetic anointing and was
used by God to encourage us last year at a SpiritFire meeting. We saw
some breakthroughs in ministry following that SpiritFire meeting. Come
expecting a touch from God and encouragement to step into your
destiny with God.
